October Half-Term Camp Booking form

Thanks for booking your holiday camps with us. Please fill in the form below and our teachers will book a space for your child. If there are no spaces available, we will add you to our waiting list.

Camps can be booked below. Simply select your preferred time slot in line with your child's age. Our teachers will contact you within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) to confirm your booking with payment. Please allow extra time across the holiday season.

If you don't want to book a camp but would like to make an enquiry about something else, please email windsor@thelittlegym.co.uk and one of our team will happily answer your questions. Thank you!

Safer Eating (Ofsted requirement, ages 5 and under)

All food brought to camp must be sliced/chopped in line with Ofsted's Safer Eating requirements (September 2025). See your Camp Confirmation email or click HERE to read more about how to cut your child's food so that it meets Ofsted's requirements for Holiday Camps.

We cannot serve your child food that doesn't follow Ofsted's requirements. If our teachers' time is required to cut your child's food so that it meets the requirements, £5 will be charged to the payment card on your child's account.

Agreement to Ofsted's Safer Eating Requirements at Camp

I understand and agree that if my child is aged 5 years or under and their lunch / snack box does not follow Ofsted's Safer Eating guidelines, the teachers will need to cut my child's food to be compliant and the payment card on my account will automatically be charged £5 for the service.

I give permission for The Little Gym® Windsor to take and publish pictures and videos of my child in the context of The Little Gym Windsor activities. I hereby give The Little Gym® Europe and its franchisee The Little Gym® Windsor permission to publish pictures or videos of my child on social networks and their official websites, and also for use in internal publications.
