Good Friends start to get stronger, more focused and excited by new challenges. This fun, dynamic class builds physical skills, confidence and independence through fun gymnastics skills, more teamwork, problem-solving and lots of fun
Group Activities
Good Friends leap into action with fun, playful, confidence-building warm ups designed to enhance strength, body control and coordination in support of blossoming gymnastics skills
Fun Gymnastics
Foundation gymnastics skills taught through fun build strength and body control. Instructors tailor their approach to each child, ensuring every child makes meaningful progress at their own pace
Individual Challenges
Individual challenges grow with your child. Specialist instructors guide each child at their own pace, balancing support with the right level of challenge to build courage, independence and new skills
Courage and Confidence
Kids build courage, confidence, take safe risks and discover what they're capable of, one challenge at a time. Strengthen body and self-belief with lots of fun skills to show off in the playground
