Joyful Whole-Child Learning -- one cartwheel at a time
Are cartwheels the secret ingredient to better learning? At The Little Gym, we know they can play a big role—and what a joyful way to grow!
Our environment is full of fun, but our purpose is serious. For over 40 years, trained instructors at The Little Gym have helped hundreds of thousands of children around the world grow into strong, confident, capable learners. And it works!
Research shows that learning motor skills is one of the most effective ways to support children’s physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development. Much like learning a language, the earlier you start, and the more consistent you are, the more powerful the results.
Today, governments and schools across the globe are starting to catch on—exploring how to incorporate movement-based, play-based, and values-based learning into classrooms. And many teachers bring their own children to The Little Gym, because they see first-hand how vital movement is to a child’s education.
At The Little Gym Windsor, our progressive curriculum starts in infancy and continues through pre-school and primary years. Every class is designed to support whole-child development—building strong bodies, growing curious minds, and nurturing emotional confidence.
From four months to 12 years, our carefully structured programme builds foundational skills your child will take everywhere—at home, in the classroom, on the playground, and into life.
Our classes follow Weekly Learning Units that are part of a rich, research-based curriculum. Each week brings new opportunities for children to explore, challenge themselves, and build confidence—always with encouragement, laughter, and support from their teacher and new friends.
We call this Three-Dimensional Learning:
And we’re always improving. Our international team constantly refines our programmes with the latest research in childhood development, and our teachers receive ongoing training to stay ahead.
At The Little Gym Windsor, your child will thrive in a nurturing environment that celebrates their effort, progress, and personality. And our teachers can’t wait to help them grin, grow, and glow with confidence.
